Electrical Problem

This is Kevin's beautiful Mustang. This "afterthought" photo doesn't do it justice. He was pulled over just outside the Middle street tunnel heading toward the airport. Kevin was wearing a TSA uniform so I assume he works there. He was having problems with his alarm's anti-theft device. The cutoff device is supposed to disable the car if it is stolen but it was cutting off the fuel pump even when disarmed. Yes the thought occured to me that maybe Kevin had stolen this car, but I just didn't get that vibe at all. Anyways, he said he had a tow truck already on the way and there was obviously little I could do to help so we parted ways.
