TheCab broke a fanbelt

I pulled over to help this cabbie (63808). He had broken a fan belt so there wasn't much I could do to help. He still had his customers in the back, but had already called for another cab and a tow truck. I wonder if the meter was still running? Actually, I bet they got a free ride.

I gotta see if there is such a thing as an emergency fan belt.
